Are the pendants guaranteed? We stand behind our pendants 100%. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us. We do not accept pendants after they have been filled or glued.

What is Gold Vermeil? Gold vermeil is sterling silver coated with gold. It is one of the better grades of plating. Gold vermeil is 100 mg of gold over silver.

Are the pendants waterproof after they’ve been sealed? We do not recommend submersing pendants in water after they are filled, this may weaken the bond. If worn in water, check bond strength periodically.

Do the pendants contain nickel? 14k white gold contains nickel, while sterling silver, gold vermeil, and 14k gold pendants do not. White bronze and yellow bronze pendants do not contain nickel, however the brass and pewter items do contain a trace amount.

Are chains and cording included? Chains are included with Titanium and Stainless Steel pendants only. Chains and cording are sold separately for most of the jewelry.
